Our Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) takes advantage of the strong relationships we have built over the years, and brings together all of the expertise and experiences of our own team and the extended teams we form with our customers.
Our CIP begins when the first order is placed. Our team will meet with you, work to clearly define your needs, and match our technology to your process roadmap.
Each quarter, our team will sit down with you and your personnel to look for solutions to reduce particles, increase kit life, and lower your operating costs. Nothing escapes our scrutiny – inventory control, part and coating design, cleaning schedule, reporting and part maintenance are all evaluated to the last detail. We also evaluate the parts themselves, and redesign them if we find that we can improve efficiency. In one case, redesigning the QCC and removing the antenna pins doubled kit life, and eliminated failed PM’s. It’s just part of our commitment to continual improvement.
