Every part is entered into our fully-searchable database, where you can find information on all open and processed orders, parts that are currently in process or have been processed, and even parts that have reached the end of their useful lives. You also have access to any information you may need about your order, including shipment tracking numbers.
Each process control report can include information on the turnaround time for each kit, part tracking information, the total RF and KW hours run (by part or by kit), cycle counts and dimensional tracking information. And you can search for this information in a myriad of ways – using part serial numbers, job number tracking or purchase order numbers.
In addition, you will have access to all of the data we collect during any analysis done on your parts – dimensional analysis (IMR system), surface particle analysis (PAM), and surface contaminants (GFAA).
